1. Warranty Coverage
Every Callbuddy product is covered by a 2 years limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
This warranty covers defects that are present because something went wrong during manufacturing or assembly.
It doesn't cover normal wear or accidental damage.
2. What's Covered
Examples include:
- manufacturing defects
- assembly defects
- material defects
- defects in the mechanical click system during normal use
- products that don't function as intended because of a production issue
If we've made the mistake...
We'll make it right.
3. What's Not Covered
Normal life leaves marks.
That's expected.
Our warranty doesn't cover:
- normal wear and tear
- scratches
- cosmetic damage
- accidental damage
- damage caused by drops
- improper use
- modifications
- misuse
- damage caused by unsupported third-party accessories
4. The Click
The click is the heart of Callbuddy.
If the mechanical click system fails because of a manufacturing defect during normal use, we'll take care of it.
That's a promise we're happy to make.
5. How To Make A Warranty Claim
Email us at:
support@callbuddy.click
Include:
- your order number
- a short description
- photos of the issue
Photos usually help us solve things much faster.
6. What Happens Next?
We'll review your claim as quickly as possible.
Depending on the situation we may offer:
- a replacement
- an exchange
- a repair (if applicable in the future)
- a refund
- another solution that makes more sense
Our goal isn't to follow a script.
Our goal is to solve the problem.
7. Shipping
If the product needs to be returned, we'll explain exactly what to do.
Whenever possible, we'll provide a prepaid return label.
If that's not available in your region, we'll clearly explain the available options before asking you to ship anything.
8. Limitations
This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects.
It doesn't replace your statutory consumer rights.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in Belgium.
