Unlike traditional cases, Callbuddy features the patented FYX™ click-strap system. It lets you easily attach or reposition straps and accessories (like Lanyards, Wallets, or mounts) anywhere on the case to fit your lifestyle.

For now, we have a multifunctional strap (included as standard) and a cross-body Lanyard. In the near future you can expect Wallets, (car) mounts, clips, and other useful accessories in the same design vibe. A quiet utility design. Functionality without compromising the looks.

At launch, Callbuddy supports these iPhone devices and can be pre-ordered: iPhone 17 Pro Max, iPhone 17 Pro, iPhone 17, iPhone 17e, iPhone 16 Pro Max, iPhone 16e, iPhone 15, iPhone 14 and iPhone 13. All other iPhone devices will follow soon.

Of course. You can swap straps anytime. The Callbuddy grid system allows you to detach and replace the strap easily and instantly without tools.

The case is made from premium shock-absorbing TPU with a rigid polycarbonate center-frame. The center-frame also has a fiberglass reinforcement which makes the phone case incredibly strong.

The Callbuddy straps are also made out of premium TPU.

All materials are processed with a stain-resistant coating to avoid discoloration.

Yes. Our cases rely on a dual material technology for protection: a fiberglass core for structural integrity and shock-absorbing TPU edges for impact. The case is drop-tested and features raised bezels for both camera and screen protection. In other words, your phone is very safe in a Callbuddy case.

The Callbuddy was independently drop tested by SGS according to MIL-STD-810H, Method 516.8. It was dropped 26 times from 1.22 m onto plywood, on every face, edge and corner, with a phone inside. After the test there were no visible cracks or damage on the case or the phone. See the full test on our case page.

We are working hard to launch all devices out there so everybody can enjoy Callbuddy. In parallel, we're developing the first accessories for your Callbuddy case. The Lanyard is already available; a Wallet, (car) mounts and clips are next.

Yes — four sizes, and which one you need is decided by your phone model:

• Medium strap — iPhone 13, 14, 15, 16e, 17, 17e.

• Large strap — iPhone 16 Pro Max.

• Pro strap — iPhone 17 Pro, iPhone 18 Pro.

• Pro Max strap — iPhone 17 Pro Max, iPhone 18 Pro Max.

You can mix and match colors that fit your vibe or mood. All Callbuddy cases come with a standard strap in the matching color. Adding an extra strap is encouraged by giving you a discount as you surpass the order amount for 'free delivery'. It allows you to swap straps according to your vibe, style, mood or wardrobe.

At Callbuddy, we want you to love your purchase! If something isn't right, our return process is quick and easy:

1. Start your return online: Go to our returns page within 30 days of receiving your order. Enter your order number and email, choose the products and tell us what's wrong — you can add a photo right in the form.

2. We review it: A real person checks your request and emails you the next step, with a free return label when your return is approved — returning never costs you anything.

3. Send it back: Pack the product carefully, attach the label and drop off the parcel.

4. Refund or replacement: Once your return arrives and passes our check, we process your refund or send your replacement, and you get an email confirming it.

Our cases and straps are processed with a dirt-resistant coating. This means that all 'normal' stains or dirt should come off easily.

If your case gets dirty, wash with water and soap. Avoid alcohol or harsh cleaning agents as they might discolor your case.

Absolutely, the case and strap are water-resistant and made for everyday use.

No. We have carefully calculated both stretch and long-term wear of our straps.

When clicking the strap into its storage position, you may feel a slight tension. This is intentional. The strap is engineered to maintain gentle preload so it sits tight and looks clean when not in use.

Like all plastic materials, the strap can undergo minor temporary deformation if a strong force is applied over an extended period. This is normal material behavior. Once the strap is returned to its default storage position, it will recover its original shape.

All straps are durability-tested to ensure they retain their tension, structure, and appearance even with frequent, everyday use.
