Of course. You can swap straps anytime. The Callbuddy grid system allows you to unclick and replace it easy and instantly without tools.

The case is made from premium shock-absorbing TPU with a rigid polycarbonate center-frame. The center-frame also has a fiberglass reinforcement which makes the phone case incredibly strong.

The Callbuddy straps are also made out of premium TPU.

All materials are processed with a stain-resistant coating to avoid discoloration.

Yes. Our cases rely on a dual material technology for protection:

• Fiberglass core for structural integrity

• Shock absorbent TPU edges for impact

The case is drop-tested and features raised bezels for both camera and screen protection.

You can mix and match colors that fit your vibe or mood. All Callbuddy cases come with a standard strap with the according color. Adding an extra strap is encouraged by giving you a discount as you surpass the order amount for 'free delivery'. It allows you to swap straps according to your vibe, style, mood or wardrobe.

3. Easy Returns: If a return is needed, we'll guide you through it step by step. We'll provide any necessary instructions or a return label so it won't cost you extra. Just send the item back in its original condition (unless it arrived damaged).

4. Fast Refunds: Once we receive your return (if we asked for it back), we'll process your refund right away. You'll get an email confirmation, and the money will be back to your original payment method in a few days. No hidden fees, no hassle.

Our cases and straps are processed with a dirt-resistant coating. This means that all 'normal' stains or dirt should come off easily.

If your case gets dirty, wash with water and soap. Avoid alcohol or harsh cleaning agents as it might discolor your case.

Absolutely, the case and strap are water-resistant and made for everyday use.

No. We have carefully calculated both stretch and long-term wear of our straps.

When clicking the strap into its storage position, you may feel a slight tension. This is intentional. The strap is engineered to maintain gentle preload so it sits tight and looks clean when not in use.

Like all plastic materials, the strap can undergo minor temporary deformation if a strong force is applied over an extended period. This is normal material behavior. Once the strap is returned to its default storage position, it will recover its original shape.

All straps are durability-tested to ensure they retain their tension, structure, and appearance even with frequent, everyday use.
